THE TAPMASTER
A HANDS FREE FAUCET

Hands Free Faucets are becoming more of a common place inside the home. The faucets, which turn on and off using combination motion and light sensors, help prevent the spread of germs because you never have to touch controls with grimy mitts. They also conserve water by doling it out only on demand. The technology has been around for about 20 years, but past problems with trigger-happy or unresponsive sensors, inconveniently placed temperature and stream adjusters, and the hassle of wiring the sensors have previously made hands-free impractical in kitchens.

Electronic faucets require little effort to use, which makes them great for both public and private bathrooms, says Wayne Ash, a professional training coordinator for the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA). That's why they appeal to all age groups, although they're particularly useful in children's bathrooms and senior suites.

The Tapmaster offers a distinctive patented technology that uses the existing water pressure in your water lines to activate your faucet. The result is a reliable and convenient method of turning water on and off that is easy to install and ecologically friendly to operate. The Tapmaster is changing the way the world uses the faucet.

The main source of reliability stems from the fact that Tapmaster does not use o-rings or sliding seals. This makes it an extremely durable and dependable product even in areas that experience high water mineralization. The use of a high heat silicone diaphragm formed with check valves eliminates water hammer and prevents cross-flow contamination between water lines. The Tapmaster system has been rigorously tested and cycled millions of times to ensure its quality and reliability. Each Tapmaster is inspected by hand before being shipped which results in a less than 0.25% failure rate. Further to that, all of our products are covered by a 5-year warranty.

The first Tapmaster was sold into the dental industry in 1993, its acceptance and recognition became wide spread based its reliability, ease of installation, reduction of cross contamination, cost effective water savings and a more convenient hands-free way of using the faucet.

Today the Tapmaster is accepted as the hands free product of choice throughout 70% of the North American dental industry. The Tapmaster is also expanding beyond our dental roots into medical, chiropractic, veterinary, residential, commercial construction and food services industries throughout North America and the world.
